Ending a Nomination (Detailed Instructions)
If you want to end (zero) a nomination that has already been sent, you must create a new nomination with a quantity of zero to override it. Follow these steps to end a single nomination or multiple current nominations:

  1. Search for the nominations currently in effect.

  2. Type over the quantity field with a zero for those nominations you wish to end then press Enter or Tab to commit the change. The new nomination(s) with a status of 'New' and a quantity of zero will replace the original nomination on the grid. The Begin Date will default to the Effective date.

  3. Save, Delete, Edit, Validate and/or Send your nomination(s).

Note: Selecting Send on the toolbar automatically saves and validates your nomination(s).
