Viewing a fuel calculation
- Display nominations in effect.
- Click Fuel on the toolbar. Note: a nomination must be saved in order to
open the Fuel Estimator window.
- Click Show Details.
- Click Close or Create Fuel Nom(s) to create a new fuel nomination.
Creating a fuel nomination
- Create a new nomination.
- Click Fuel on the toolbar. Note: you need to have at least the receipt
nomination and transportation nominations created.
- You can view details for each path by clicking Show Details.
- Click Create Fuel Nom(s). A new nomination line displays on the delivery grid.
- Edit the fuel nomination line. Remember that whenever a fuel quantity
on a line item is changed, the total for that receipt location needs to be changed also.
- Save, Delete, Validate and/or Send the nomination.
Creating a fuel calculation
- Click Fuel on the toolbar.
- Click Show Details.
- Click New.
- Type the appropriate information in the Receipt Location and Delivery
Location or click the down arrow and select from the dropdown list.
- Enter a quantity in the Quantity field.
- Enter a fuel ratio in the Ratio(%) field.
- Press Tab or click Calculate to insert the calculation in the Fuel field.
- Click Close to close the dialog box or click New if you wish to perform
another calculation.
Remember - any calculations will not be saved once you close the window.
