| Notices |
Notices are available through the Notifications
module in NrG Web Highway or through the
NrG Expressway
site by selecting a pipeline, then clicking Notices. You don't need to use the Bulletins
module in NrG Highway (V2.0). |
| Balancing |
In NrG Web Highway, you will now see preliminary scheduled quantities. |
| Contracts View |
The Contracts View module is not
available in NrG Web Highway. Use the Contracts module in NrG Highway
to view contract information. |
| Customized Interface |
The Nominations interface has been
customized to fit TCPL business. Through this customized design approach, there is
less need for search and display capability, as the grid area will display only the
fields required to conduct TCPL business. |
| Duplicate and Duplicate with Options |
Duplicating in NrG Web Highway is now carried
out through the Copy All and Copy Sel functions on the toolbar. |
| Facilities View |
The Facilities View module is no longer available in
NrG Highway (V2.0). Instead a new Facility Detail report is available in the Reporting module
on NrG Web Highway. Select NrG Reporting/Custom Reports/TCPL/Pipeline Status & Info., then click the
Facility Detail option. |
| Finders and calendars |
Finders and calendars are part of
the interface for NrG Web Highway with minimal design changes from NrG Highway. |
| Fuel Calculator |
The Fuel Calculator has been enhanced to
allow you to calculate and/or create all fuel calculations, including all types of service and alternate receipt and
delivery points. |
| Import |
There are two options for NrG Web Highway Import
- Import and Validate and Import and Send. See the The Interface for more
information. |
| Menubar |
There is no longer a menubar in
NrG Web Highway. All tasks are performed using the toolbar. |
| Agents |
Agents no longer need to select
a Service Requester, only a contract. We can now identify an agent down to contract
level. |
| Accept button |
When authorizing a Title Transfer, there
is an Accept button instead of Send. |
| Export |
There are two export formats available -
GISB Export and Screen Export. See The Interface for more information. |
| Search and Totals functions |
The Search and Totals functions now
display as panels at the top of the interface, above the grid areas. These panels
can be hidden when not required, to maximize screen viewing area. Totals have been
removed from the bottom of the grid. The totals panel provides running totals, without
the need to refresh the screen. In addition, scheduled quantities are totaled so users
can see at a glance if their quantities have been scheduled down. |
| Search Criteria |
There are now only three search criteria --
Service Requester, Contract and Effective Date. However, the Service Requester option is
only available to pipelines and the NrG Help Desk. Agents no longer need to select a Service
Requester, only a contract. |
| Tasks |
Saving, Validating, Sending, Deleting,
Exporting, Importing and Rejecting remain the same as in NrG Highway (V2.0). |
| Title Transfers |
Title transfers have different business
rules and therefore different screen configurations. Selecting the contract on the search
panel will format the window according to the type of transaction. |
| Up/down Contracts |
Up/Down contract maintenance is not
used by TCPL. Up/down contracts are available in nominations via finders in the appropriate
fields. Up/down contract maintenance is available for IGTS/NGTL, and for viewing by TCPL. |
| Updates and Upgrades |
You no longer need to logon to NrG Highway
to obtain updates or upgrades in NrG Web Highway. Specifically, the most recent information is
always available to you every time you logon to NrG Web Highway. |
| Waivers |
Waivers has been designed as a
separate module, because users often create and maintain waivers for more than one service
provider. Through Waivers you create, save, print, export and delete waivers.
