The toolbar provides access to all functions available in the Nominations module.

The default for the report is portrait orientation. The Preview button is disabled until the grid is populated. Close or minimize the new browser window to return to the nominations module. |
|
Export |
Exports all nomination lines on the grid. There are two choices - GISB Export (flat file) or Screen Export.
GISB Export generates files containing all header and nomination line information, with a .csv extension. These files can be re-imported into NrG Web Highway, if desired.
Be aware that by default Excel displays some columns containing numerical data in exponential notation, therefore on opening an exported .csv file you may not immediately make sense of the content.
In Microsoft Excel, select all using Ctrl + A (for instance) then select Format, Column, AutoFit Selection on the menubar to display in a readable format.
It is important to note that leading zero's may be lost in the export process. Refer to the Nominations Import User Guide for more information.
Screen Export exports all nomination lines exactly as displayed on the grid, without header information. Screen export files are also exported in .csv format, but cannot be re-imported into NrG Web Highway.
|

that has a status of New, Saved, Rejected or Failed Edits, or meets other rules for delete
