Highway Administrator
Your own company's NrG Highway Administrator will assign you access to NrG Web Highway by providing you with your own User ID and Password. While the NrG Help Desk Staff are always available to assist you, your Highway Administrator should be your first point of contact.

NrG Help Desk
The NrG Help Desk is staffed between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on weekdays, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Calls after hours are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and will be directed to the Help Desk Analyst on call.

NrG posts notices through the Notifications module on NrG Web Highway, and on NrG Expressway. These notices provide information about scheduled outages at NrG, which may affect the downloading of software or access to any of our services.
