Preview generates an HTML report based on the information displayed in the grid. The results
are displayed in a new browser. The report is designed to also display header information,
including totals, which display at the bottom of the printed data. Reports print with
portrait orientation as the default.
- Click Preview on the toolbar.
- Click File, Print on the browser menubar.
- Make the appropriate selections on the Print dialog box, then click OK.
- Minimize or close the report browser to return to the nominations module.
