1. Select the required title transfer line(s) in the grid.

2. Click Reject on the toolbar. Throughout the rejection process, the status bar displays a message 'Rejecting selected nominations'.

   If the request is approved, MicroHelp will display a message confirming that your request has been processed, confirming the number of records rejected.

   If the request is not processed, MicroHelp will indicate that the records were invalid. The Operation Errors window will display detailing the reasons for the unprocessed records.

3. Make any required changes to the records.

4. Click Reject.
