On opening the Nominations module, the grid fields will not be populated.
You need to decide what nomination information you wish to display.
- In the Search panel, click the down arrow to select the contract on which you wish to
base your nominations search. This pre-defined list is based on your personal Highway
User ID. Note: Contract is a mandatory search criteria.
- Change the Effective Date field to reflect the required search date. Note: This field defaults to tomorrow's date. To change a date you can:
- Click on the calendar and make the desired selections
- Highlight the date and overtype the date in the field with the new date
- Click the (left or right) arrows to change the date one day at a time to either a previous or forward date. You can also hold down the Shift key and click to automatically change the date.
- Use the following abbreviations (case insensitive):

- Click Search to populate the Receipt, Transportation, and Delivery grid(s), as appropriate, or in the case of a title transfer, the Transfers In and Transfers Out grids.
- Highlight the nomination you wish to view by clicking any of the fields on the nomination line.
- Click Detail on the toolbar to display the Detail window, providing
all details including an NrG Web Highway nomination number.
- Click Close to close the window.
