1. In the Search panel, click the down arrow to select the contract on which you wish to base your nominations search. This pre-defined list is based on your personal Highway User ID. Note: Contract is a mandatory search criteria.

2. Change the Effective Date field to reflect the required search date. Note: This field defaults to tomorrow's date. To change a date you can:
   • Click on the calendar and make the desired selections
   • Highlight the date and overtype the date in the field with the new date
   • Click the (left or right) arrows to change the date one day at a time to either a previous or forward date. You can also hold down the Shift key and click to automatically change the date.
   • Use the following abbreviations (case insensitive):

   Abbreviation	Description
   NOW	Today, current time
   TOD	Today
   TOM	Tomorrow
   BOM	Beginning of month
   EOMP	End of previous month
   EOMBL	End of month before last
   YES	Yesterday
   EOM	End of month - the last day of the month
   EOGM	End of gas month - 09:00 on the first day of the following month
   BOMP	Beginning of previous month
   BOMBL	Beginning of month before last
   BOGY	Beginning of Gas Year - Nov 1 current year
   EOGY	End of Gas Year - Nov 1 next year
   BOSG	Beginning of Summer Gas - Apr 1 current year
   EOSG	End of Summer Gas - Nov 1 current year
   BOWG	Beginning of Winter Gas - Nov 1 current year
   EOWG	End of Winter Gas - Apr 1 next year

3. Click Search to populate the Receipt, Transportation, and Delivery grid(s), as appropriate, or in the case of a title transfer, the Transfers In and Transfers Out grids.

4. Highlight the nomination you wish to view by clicking any of the fields on the nomination line.

5. Click Detail on the toolbar to display the Detail window, providing all details including an NrG Web Highway nomination number.

6. Click Close to close the window.
